Christ in the City Night Ministry

We’re taking a group down to Denver to do night ministry with Christ in the City and have one spot available. Email Emily if you are interested, emily@newmancenter.org.

Wednesday, 8 PM, Worship Space

As the semester wraps up, take some time for prayer and silence. Even if you can’t stay the whole time, join for what you can! 

OKC Worktrip

May 18-23

Spend your first week of summer break serving others. We’ll help build houses with Habitat for Humanity in Oklahoma City. Sign up here by Wednesday, May 6. No prior construction experience necessary.

Newman Formal

Thursday 6 PM, Bishop Newell Hall

Share a meal together with the men and women communities. Put on something nice and celebrate the year together! Please RSVP here by Tuesday, May 5 so we know how many to cook for!

Save the Dates: Finals Week Meals

May 11-14

We’ll serve up some homemade meals during finals week. Dinners will be after the 5 PM Liturgy on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Tuesday will be a late night Mass at 8 PM followed by breakfast for dinner.

 Love in Action 

Monday and Tuesday, 3-5 PM, Meet in Newman Kitchen

Take a break in your day to be Christ’s hands and feet. We go out to our community friends who are homebound or in the nursing home and spend time visiting with them.

Mass on Campus

Thursday, 12:25 PM, Meet in Union Room 202

Come together as a community to pray. Stick around after for lunch in the Union, pack a lunch or plan to buy some there.

Thursday, 7 PM, Worship Space

Join us in praying part of the Liturgy of the Hours as a community. 

Sunday 5 PM Mass and Sunday Supper

Mass at 5 PM, Supper at 6 PM

Come be nourished by the Word and Eucharist in community and enjoy a delicious home cooked meal after. This is the last Sunday Supper of the semester. Join us for a BBQ!
