First Eucharist

At the heart of the Christian experience of God lies the great celebration of the Eucharist. Preparing children to eat the Body of the Lord and drink the Blood of the Lord for the first time is given special emphasis at St. Paul’s Newman Center.

Preparation for First Eucharist takes place in the Spring. Children need to have celebrated the Sacrament of Reconciliation prior to celebrating the their First Eucharist (see above info). Please check back in the Spring for our preparation session dates.
