Our God Lives: Family Faith Formation with Children

The hope and mission of “Our God Lives” is to offer a genuine and inclusive faith experience for the youngest members of St. Paul’s Newman Center. Parents and family members are invited and encouraged to stay and participate with their children to learn about Catholic values and teachings. 

First day of Faith Formation: Sunday, September 8 at 9:40 a.m. BNH


First Reconciliation and First Communion Preparation

In the Sacrament of Reconciliation, we experience the mercy and healing of our generous God. Parents have the privilege and responsibility of preparing their children for this sacrament. Outside of Family Faith Formation, group preparation classes will begin on Thursday, November 7 at 6:00 p.m. in the Worship Space. Two additional preparations sessions are November 21 and December 5.

Middle School Youth Ministry & Confirmation Preparation

All youth in sixth, seventh, and eighth grades are invited to attend this integrative program to discuss faith topics and have fun! Focusing on scripture, the saints, Catholic morality, and the Sacraments, students will grow in their faith while preparing for the Sacrament of Confirmation.

High School Youth Ministry

This program is for any students in ninth through twelfth grades. High school students are encouraged to get dinner at Sunday supper and then move to the Emmaus House for ministry nights.

First day of High School Ministry: Sunday nights from 6:15 – 7:15 p.m.


Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA)

Is God calling you to a deeper relationship with Him? Are you interested in exploring the possibility of becoming Catholic? St. Paul’s Newman Center would like you to explore these questions and consider joining our faith community. Sessions are held Monday at 6:00 p.m. The first meeting is on Monday, September 23.

Diving Deep: Adult Faith Formation

This Scripture and faith-based study program allows resident parishioners a deeper look at the scriptures. All are welcome and no registration is needed; come whenever you can!
